SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy:

 

Shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST. All orders MUST BE received, including approval from our payment processing company to ship the order, before 3:30 p.m. in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping hours end at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

Shipping Delays:

For your convenience it's always best  not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, it is always better to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery tracking  when you place your order based on the information, we receive from our shipping partner USPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. ​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations all sales are final! Before shipment your order has gone through strict quality control system so we ensure that ONLY best quality product was shipped to you.
No cancellations are permitted once the order was placed.

 

Wig Exchanges and Refunds:
On first receipt if your wig unit does not fit as expected, please keep mind; Wigs are made custom to fit with measurements provided by you. All sales are final.
